A change-driver throughout his career, he has worked through all phases of project management from needs assessment through data gathering, team and focus group input, concept formulation, collaboration, communication strategies, approvals, and change management. He is a Dale Carnegie graduate and considers communications the most critical of all success factors. He’s a team player, passionate, customer (internal / external) focused, a creative thinker, takes personal ownership, is a risk taker and encourages enjoyment on the job.
3. Since retiring from a successful 23 year career with a premier National retail organization, he has focused his post-corporate career on coaching, mentoring and consulting with individuals and small to medium sized business owners. He has assisted many people craft business plans capable of eliciting financial support and providing a launch framework. He has also coached many business owners to focus their time, teams and money to provide the greatest return to their businesses.

3. Sandy and Wayne celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary in 2009. They are the proud parents of two exceptional sons; Jordan recently graduated with a certificate in Business and Entrepreneurial Studies and while in college apprenticed with a copper smith. Jared has returned east from Alberta where he was a regional merchandiser with a national convenience store chain. He has applied to the Ontario Police Academy.
